CJC portable filter cart is a cost effective solution to maintaining clean and
dry oil in a variety of applications.
This unit features an adjustable flow rate and two thermostatically controlled pre-heaters for maximum flexibility. One unit is able to handle a wide range of oil viscosities, and offers filtration rates of up to 390 gph, and water removal/separation rates of 60-180 gph. Using C.C. Jensen filtration technology, ISO codes of 14/11 and below are common, and water contamination can be reduced to below 300 ppm.
This unit is completely self contained, and requires no technically skilled personnel to operate or maintain it. The high dirt capacity and the automatic water discharge ensure that close supervision is not necessary. Minimal setup and installation time is needed.
